ASSEMBLY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. For installation locations over 100 km from our warehouse, please contact us for a custom installation quote. The distance is calculated from our warehouse to the installation address.
• 2. Our typical waiting period for installation is 1-2 weeks after full payment has been received. If you purchase our installation service, you can enjoy a discount on the shipping fee. The exact discount depends on your address; please contact us for a quote.
• 3. Please be aware that only ONE installer will be assigned to your assembly. Your assistance may be required to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• 4. Customers are kindly asked to provide free parking for up to 6 hours. If free parking is not available, an additional parking fee may be charged.
• 5. Our installation service is generally available on the ground floor. If installation is required upstairs or downstairs, please contact us for a custom quote.
  
• 6. To ensure timely installation, please make sure everything is ready when the installers arrive. If the installation cannot begin due to any issues on the customer's end or if the customer changes their mind at the last minute, a $99 rescheduling fee will apply.
• 7. The installation service does not include the removal of any previous items. We kindly ask that you remove any old items and clean the area prior to the installer's arrival. If removal is required, please email us in advance. If no prior notice is given, the installers reserve the right to refuse installation, and additional call-out fees may apply.
